What is the file format of Nibiru Creator content and how to open them?

You can export 3 kinds of file format in the Nibiru Creator editor:

You can double click the NPJ file and it will be automatically opened by the Nibiru Creator editor installed in your computer. You can see how the whole project is organized with this file.

.NPT: packed file format. The whole project (NPJ + all materials) is packed altogether in a NPT file. The NPT file cannot be double clicked to be opened on PC. You need to change the extension to .zip and decompress it, then double click the NPJ file to open this project on your computer.

.NPX: special encrypted file. Such file can only be opened with Nibiru Reader installed in Oculus Quest 1&2, Nibiru VR/AR HMDs, Nibiru M-Pad, and Nibiru M-Box.

How should I set up my models to import them into Nibiru Creator?

Please avoid models of Multi/Sub-Object material, otherwise the textures may not show up normally in Nibiru Creator.

Use multiple shader if multiple textures are needed. Such models will work well in Nibiru Creator.

Please avoid models of multi-layer superimposed structure (remove one layer if you have that kind of model), otherwise the model will flash in Nibiru Creator.

What should I do when the name of my OBJ models garbled?

It is recommended to name OBJ models in English for other languages may be garbled.

What is Scene Cruising and how should I use it?

When you set Scene Cruising in one scene and click "Apply to All Scene", the settings will be applied to all panoramic scenes. You can disenable it at the same place (Shown on the left image).

How can I make the Scene Title disappear during scene transitions?

If there is a Scene Title when you jump to another scene in different terminals of Nibiru Creator, you have checked "Display Scene Title" at Project Settings → Other Settings → Scene Settings. You can disenable it at the same place if you don't want the title to show up.

Why is there an exclamation mark in my Project Management window?

If an exclamation mark appears in Project Management or the upload fails, you need to review your materials' properties to check if the images or videos contain GPS and other special geographic information. If yes, you can import the images to the "Paint" software of Windows system and "Save as" the "JPEG picture", and the videos to "Format Factory" or other video cutting software and export them.
